Also known as Vinyasa yoga, is a fast-paced style of yoga that's focused on building strength and endurance. It is also an excellent form of yoga for burning calories. The basic flow is the same  with little variations.

In a Hot Power class, the emphasis is on building heat and intensity, expect to sweat, burn calories, and feel challenged.

A creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety. There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will all vary depending on the teacher.

A slow-paced, meditative practice that involves holding poses for several minutes at a time.

The focus of yin yoga is on stretching and releasing the deeper connective tissues in the body, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Props such as blankets, blocks, and straps are often used to support the body and allow for a deeper stretch.

A Pilates class involves a series of exercises that focus on strength, flexibility, and core stability. The class begins with warm-up exercises to prepare the body, followed by a sequence of controlled movements targeting different muscle groups. These movements aim to improve posture, balance, and overall body awareness.

The instructor guides participants through each exercise, emphasizing proper alignment, breathing techniques, and mindful movement. Pilates classes can be modified to suit various fitness levels and can offer a challenging yet low-impact workout experience.
